Includes positioning, messaging, audience definition, launch calendar, channel plan, creator and media plan, partner activation plan, and a post-launch measurement framework. Production, paid media, and extensive campaign execution are quoted separately unless explicitly included.

Aircraft, facility, aerial, drone, air-to-air, ground-operations, interview, and on-location production. Travel, permits, crew, aircraft access, and usage rights are scoped separately.
Individual Creative Projects
Monthly retainers are not required for defined creative assignments.
Each project is scoped through a separate statement of work with its own deliverables, timeline, revision allowance, usage rights, exclusions, and payment schedule.

Real-World Aviation Asset Policy
Ongoing real-world aviation marketing packages use client-provided photography and video. Original photography, filming, interviews, drone work, aerial work, and other on-location capture are available as separate project-based services and are not included unless expressly listed in the applicable statement of work.
Project Exclusions
What a project quote does not include.
- Paid advertising spend (Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms) is quoted and billed separately from strategy, campaign management, or creative fees, and paid directly to the platform. Adding paid advertising management carries a minimum additional fee of $250 per month.
- Raw footage, editable project files, source assets, unrestricted ownership transfers, white-label rights, and exclusivity are excluded unless expressly included and priced.
- Travel, shipping, product samples, specialist contractors, software, stock assets, music licensing, permits, aircraft access, and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included.
