Certification ultimately depends on the applicable aviation authority and its regulatory requirements. MAX-G does not itself issue FAA, EASA, or UK CAA approvals, is not a Designated Engineering Representative (DER), and is not a certification authority. We coordinate with qualified engineering, regulatory, and certification partners where required and cannot guarantee any specific approval, qualification, or regulatory outcome.

Terminology and requirements differ meaningfully between the FAA (BATD/AATD), EASA, and UK CAA (FNPT and other categories). We treat each pathway distinctly rather than presenting certification as one universal process.
